2021 ICF Professional Coaches Global Board Application

Thank you for your interest in applying for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Coaches Global Board.

The ICF Professional Coaches Global Board of Directors is seeking ICF-credentialed Members in good standing who are diverse leaders with a global mindset, are culture-builders with digital transformation expertise, and have the motivation to commit to a rewarding volunteer role guiding the strategy to build the future of coaching.

You will be asked to submit a résumé/CV and color headshot as part of your application submission. Your résumé/CV should address the following experience, if applicable:

• ICF global, regional or Chapter volunteer experience (board, committee, task force, etc)
• Responsibility for budget (P&L) decisions and management
• Experience in working with teams composed of individuals from different cultures
• Financial responsibility and experience for a business unit or division

Note: Please limit your résumé/CV to three pages.

You will have the option to save a partially completed application and return to the site later to complete and submit your final application.

An automated confirmation will be displayed once you have submitted your final application. You will be able to view, but not edit, your application after submission.

The deadline to submit your application is August 28, 2020, at 2 p.m. (New York).

Please note that the ICF Membership renewal period ends August 31, 2020. If you have not renewed your ICF Membership by that date, you will be disqualified from consideration for the ICF Professional Coaches Global Board. You can renew your ICF Membership here.

Completed applications will go through an initial review by the ICF Professional Coaches Nominating Committee to narrow the field of applicants based on criteria for Board membership and requirements for the 2021 Board.

Selected applicants will be asked to participate in an interview. We anticipate that interviews will take place between late September and mid-October. Once the Nominating Committee has selected candidates for the ballot, all applicants will be notified of their status and the election will be held. 

Only completed application forms received via this online submission system by August 28, 2020, at 2 p.m. (New York), will be considered.
